Ragan Carroll

Ragan Carroll has a significant work experience in various manufacturing and engineering roles.

Ragan started working at CFAN Company in 2011 as the Manufacturing and Site Lean Director. In this role, they managed manufacturing operations, leading over 600 employees. Ragan successfully implemented lean methodologies and facilitated a cultural transformation to improve performance excellence. Ragan achieved impressive results, exceeding the Board of Directors metrics and reducing product lead time by 57%.

Prior to CFAN Company, Ragan worked at Philips Electronics from 2005 to 2011. Ragan held the position of Manager, Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering/Facilities/Environmental, Health & Safety. In this role, they managed operations, implemented lean programs, and led large-scale projects.

Ragan also worked at Wide-Lite (a Division of the Genlyte Group) from 2001 to 2005. Ragan served as a Project Manager, where they oversaw the construction of a facility and the consolidation of three manufacturing facilities. Ragan also held the role of Senior Engineer, managing special projects and engineering initiatives.

Throughout their career, Ragan has demonstrated strong leadership skills and achieved significant results in driving operational efficiencies and implementing lean manufacturing practices.

Ragan Carroll earned a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Science in Technology from Texas State University. The completion of the degree occurred sometime before the year 2000.
