Chu-Ming Chen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in brand management and after-sales coordination within the automotive and import sectors. Currently serving as a Brand Manager at CFAO since July 2011, Chen oversees market studies, supplier relations, product definition, and contract negotiations for brands including Toyota Material Handling, SINOTRUK, SHACMAN, and KingLong Bus. Previous roles include Deputy Brand Manager and After Sales Coordinator at CFAO, as well as import administration and sourcing at COMEXO, and export assistance positions at SANOFI-AVENTIS and Oberthur Card System. Chen holds a Master’s degree in International Trade and a Bachelor’s degree in Chinese from the Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales (Inalco).
