David Ham

David Ham has a work experience spanning over several years. David started their career in 1990 as a Market Research Project Manager at PMH Caramanning, where they worked until 1993. In 1995, they joined Visual Services, Inc. as a Market Research Manager and stayed with the company until 1997. From 1997 onwards, David worked as a Program Director at CFI Group.

David Ham attended Plymouth-Salem High School from 1980 to 1984. After completing high school, they pursued their higher education at the University of Michigan from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics. Following their undergraduate studies, David went on to Eastern Michigan University from 1988 to 1990 to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business. In terms of additional certifications, David Ham obtained a certification from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) in December 2021.
