Terry Redding has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Starting in 1997, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, focusing on CRM and supply chain management for clients in the high tech and automotive sectors. In 2000, they joined Media Station as a Director, overseeing web store operations and leading the user interface design team. From 2001 to 2006, Terry served as the Director of Business Development at Geac, managing strategic relationships with global and regional SI's and consultancies. In 2006, they became the Sales Director for the Northwest Region at Quicken Loans, responsible for developing the territory from scratch. Since 2007, Terry has been with CFI Group, where they held various roles including New Product Development, Business Development, Program Director, Director of Product Management, VP of Marketing and Product Management, and currently, they serve as the Vice President of Business Development for the Federal Government Practice, overseeing sales channels and partner relations. Throughout their career, Terry has demonstrated their expertise in sales, product management, marketing, and business development.

Terry Redding, Customer Experience, holds a Masters of Management (MBA) degree in Marketing and Strategy from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, which was obtained from 1995 to 1997. Furthermore, Terry Redding also completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Michigan. Prior to that, Terry attended Huron High School.
