Hugues Guénaux

Hugues Guénaux has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Hugues started their career in 2001 as a Recruitment & Sales Specialist at Kelly Services. In 2002, they worked as a Commercial for a website called Captis. Hugues then joined Manor Genève in 2003, where they held various positions including Administrative Assistant, HR Business Partner, and HR & Administration Manager. In 2015, Guénaux joined Indosuez Wealth Management as an HR Business Partner and later served as a Continuous Improvement Manager and Project Manager/Change Manager for the Innovation & Digital Transformation Department. Currently, they hold the position of Global Head of Employee Experience at Indosuez Wealth Management, starting in 2023.

Hugues Guénaux completed a Bachelor's degree in Resources Humaines et Marketing from IPAC Genevois Léman in 2001-2002. Hugues then pursued a Master's degree in Responsable en gestion et commerce specializing in Ressources Humaines et Commerce from the same institution in 2002-2003.
