Larry Davis

Larry Davis supports the firm’s banking and commercial practice. He has over twenty-five years of senior financial management experience in commercial banking and manufacturing. He has skills in SEC reporting, IFRS, M&A due diligence, capital markets, budgeting, bank operations and general corporate controllership.

Most recently, as Senior Vice President for Sovereign Bank / Banco Santander, he led a staff of 30 professionals focused on: SEC and regulatory reporting, accounting operations, internal controls, corporate procurement, risk management and insurance programs. Larry also supported Sovereign’s merger and acquisitions, capital transactions and process reengineering as the bank expanded into a large regional bank with assets of $75 billion. He led significant process conversions following Banco Santander’s acquisition of Sovereign in January 2009, including implementation of SAP ERP systems for payables, employee expenses and fixed assets, migration to Santander’s internal control documentation and assessment model, and development of IFRS accounting models. Prior leadership roles include CFO and Controller positions at several mid-sized manufacturing companies. He began his career in audit as a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young.

Larry has a BS in Accounting from Juniata College, is a CPA and a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
