Emily Dean is a dedicated professional currently serving as Manager, Talent Pipeline at CFP Board since February 2023, where responsibilities include project management of scholarship programs, enhancing the application process, and increasing internship postings. Previously, Emily served as Student Engagement Manager and held various admissions roles at 2U, emphasizing strategic impacts on student metrics. At The Aspen Institute, Emily contributed to community leadership initiatives as Program Associate for the Aspen Young Leaders Fellowship. Early career experiences include roles at Enviva LP, the Alliance to Save Energy, and Slow Food UW, with a strong focus on administrative support, communication, and grant writing.
