Peter McGuire is a seasoned investment professional and co-founder of Union Park Capital, a private equity firm specializing in lower middle-market Industrial Technology companies. Since January 2013, Peter has played a crucial role in partnering with management teams to drive growth through strategic acquisitions. Additionally, Peter serves in various leadership capacities, including Principal and Board Member at CFS Technologies, Board Member at Spheros Environmental, Exaktera, AEM, KPM Analytics, and Process Insights AG. Peter's previous experience includes a Vice President role at Battery Ventures and a Board Member position at Industrial Physics and Industrial Safety Technologies.
