Kathryn Koorenny

Kathryn Koorenny serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at CG Infinity since January 2022. Previously, Koorenny held the position of General Counsel and Managing Director at AlixPartners from June 2015 to August 2021. Koorenny's extensive legal experience includes serving as Associate General Counsel at American Airlines from 1995 to 2015, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing the Corporate Compliance Program, managing global commercial litigation, and developing compliance policies related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Additionally, Koorenny co-chaired the Privacy Council and managed significant litigation, including regulatory matters with the Department of Transportation and Federal Aviation Administration. Koorenny began the legal career as an attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from 1990 to 1995 and earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Southern California.
