Ambaw Bellete

Ambaw Bellete currently serves as President & Chief Operating Officer at CG Oncology, an oncolytic immunotherapy company dedicated to developing bladder-saving therapeutics for urologic cancer patients. Additionally, Ambaw is actively involved with The Axiom REACH Foundation as a Board Member, focusing on public health disparities, and serves as Chairman at OncoSTING. As a member of Mid Atlantic Bio Angels, Ambaw engages in investments in emerging life science companies. Previously, Ambaw held the CEO position at Lion Healthcare Strategies, guiding biotechnology firms, and served as Board Member and Chairman of the Public Policy Committee at BioNJ, advocating for innovations in life sciences. Experience also includes serving as COO at FerGene, President of Photocure, and President of MCS Inc., as well as various roles at Sanofi, including Vice President positions in UroInjectables and Orthopedics.
