Daniel Fennick

Daniel Fennick is a seasoned legal professional specializing in education law, with a focus on special education, charter schools, and school discipline. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at CGA Law Firm since December 2020, Daniel leads a team of 33 lawyers in the education sector and beyond. Prior to this role, Daniel was an Attorney and Partner at Anderson, Converse and Fennick from October 1981 to December 2020, and served as a Staff Attorney at Central Pennsylvania Legal Services from November 1979 to 1981. Daniel earned a Juris Doctor with honors from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude in History from Tufts University.
