David Jones

David Jones has worked for CGHero since 2022 as a Finance Assistant. Prior to this, they were employed at Sainsbury's from 2015 in various roles. These included C3 Finance Associate, C3 Finance Associate - EFT Reconciliation (where they completed EFT reconciliations for Sainsburys and Argos UK retail transactions, managed company balance sheets for various electronic card accounts, and completed variance analysis and sales to settlement processes), C2 Finance Assistant - Receivables (where they completed EFT reconciliations for Argos in Ireland, managed company balance sheet accounts, and identified issues and signposted these to the relevant parties), Trading Assistant (where they worked in customer service across all areas of a small supermarket), 4S Customer and Trading Manager - Food Services, and 3S Customer and Trading Manager (where they acted as a shift supervisor managing the running of a busy city centre convenience store in absence of the store manager, completing all managerial tasks required for the smooth operation of the store). David also held the role of Customer Service Assistant.

David Jones has been studying accounting and finance since 2019. David completed the AAT Level 2 - Foundation Certificate in Accounting at ICS Learn in 2020, and then went on to complete the AAT Level 3 - Advanced Diploma in Accounting at ICS Learn in 2020. Currently, David is pursuing the AAT Level 4 - Professional Diploma in Accounting at ICS Learn, which is expected to be completed in 2023. Before this, David attended Stewarton Academy from 2006 to 2012.
