Alicia M.

Alicia M. serves as the Training Team Lead at CGI since December 2022, supporting ERP Software implementations and leading a team of software trainers. Previously, Alicia held roles as a School Board Trustee at Lake Dallas ISD, where responsibilities included representing community interests and enhancing the learning experience, and as a Senior Infor Software Trainer at CHRISTUS Health, providing valuable training experiences and managing software implementations. Additional experience includes serving as the SHAC Chairperson at Lake Dallas ISD, a Training and Development Analyst at Enstoa, and various technical roles at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. Alicia holds a Master's degree in Applied Technology Performance Improvement from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas Tech University.
