Jim Gaynor has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jim began their career as a Senior Systems Analyst at Ohio State University in 1994 and continued to work in the field of system administration at the University of Washington from 1999 to 2005. Jim then joined Golder, where they held multiple roles including Senior System Administrator, Senior Technology Project Manager, and Infrastructure and Operations Manager for the US and South America. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of a Technical Producer at Wizards of the Coast before becoming a Research Vice President at Directions on Microsoft in 2017.
Jim Gaynor attended The Ohio State University from 1985 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Computer Science. In 2012, they also obtained the Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance.
