Lars Axell

Lars Axell is an experienced leader in the technology and consulting sectors, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Government & Health at CGI Sweden since January 2018. In this role, Lars oversees offerings and service delivery to the healthcare sector in Sweden and leads a national expert team dedicated to the digitalization of healthcare. Previously, Lars held multiple leadership positions at Capgemini from 1995 to December 2017, including Director of Enterprise Architecture and various roles within the Public Sector and Application Consulting, focusing on innovation and digital transformation. Lars co-founded Concept Systemdesign AB and has also contributed to the fields of computer science training, team leadership, and military enforcement. Lars holds a degree from Blekinge Institute of Technology.
