Tim Williams

Tim Williams leads CH4 Global’s worldwide operations and is a driving force behind the company’s efforts to scale up production and global impact. Before joining CH4 Global, Tim was Senior Vice President, Global Operations and Supply Chain, at Combe Incorporated, a multi-national manufacturer of personal care products. Under Tim’s leadership, Combe consistently delivered industry-leading fill rates and service levels to retail customers, even during the pandemic. Tim witnessed the effects of climate change when Hurricane Maria impacted Combe’s facility in Puerto Rico, where he led recovery efforts, working with the local team to rebuild and contribute to the community’s recovery. Earlier, Tim was Director of Integrated Process Improvement at agribusiness giant Bunge, and Chief Operating Officer of Vi-Jon Laboratories, a leading manufacturer of private-label personal care products. With a Master Brewer designation from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling, he previously led operations for companies such as MillerCoors, Molson Coors, and SABMiller. Tim holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Melbourne Business School at the University of Melbourne. A person of many interests, Tim has a passion for gardening and is creating a garden specially designed for pollinators.
