Rohit Varma

Rohit Varma serves as the Founding Director of Southern California Eye Institute and the Chief Medical Officer at CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center since December 2020. From October 2018 to December 2020, Rohit held the position of Chief Global Growth Officer at CHA Health Systems, Inc. Rohit was previously a Professor and Chairman, as well as the Director of the USC Eye Institute, at the University of Southern California from March 2014 to October 2018. Additionally, Rohit was the Founding Director of the USC Roski Eye Institute during the same period and served as Dean at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California from March 2016 to October 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from The Johns Hopkins University, with further studies at the University of Southern California and Harvard Business School Executive Education.
