Davren Chartier

Davren Chartier, PE, PTOE, LEED Green Associate, serves as a Technical Task Manager and Senior Transportation Engineer at CHA Consulting, Inc. since February 2019, leading large multidisciplinary roadway, intersection, and bridge projects. Responsibilities include overseeing project completion from initiation through construction, managing proposal development, design, and construction phase services while collaborating across engineering disciplines. With previous experience at Nitsch Engineering as a Senior Transportation Engineer and through various roles in the transportation field, Davren has demonstrated expertise in traffic analysis, design documentation, project management, and team mentoring. Additionally, as the Owner and Professional DJ of Fresh Sound DJ Services since 2001, Davren has acquired extensive management and business knowledge while providing DJ and MC services for numerous events. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Civil/Transportation Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.
