Elisabeth Bakker Johnson

Elisabeth Bakker Johnson is an accomplished architect and project manager with extensive experience in capital project management and historic preservation. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at CHA Consulting, Inc., Elisabeth previously managed capital projects at the State University Construction Fund and held significant roles at the University at Albany, the NYS Office of Mental Health, and the NYS Office of General Services. Elisabeth's educational background includes a Master's in Building Conservation from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master's in Architecture from the University at Buffalo.
