Lynda Milford, P.E. has over two decades of work experience in project management and engineering. Lynda started their career in 1989 as a Soils Technician at Empire Soils Investigations, Inc., before becoming a Geologist at W-M Engineers, P.C. in 1993. In 1999, they joined CHA Consulting, Inc. and held various roles including Sr. System Analyst/Engineer/Construction Inspection and Section Manager/Principal Systems Analyst. In their most recent role as Project Team Lead/Senior Engineer V at CHA, they managed a team of Engineers and Analysts working on electrical distribution projects. Lynda also worked directly with Project Managers to coordinate staffing, technology, and scheduling. Lynda Milford takes pride in delivering quality work to clients in a time-effective manner.
Lynda Milford, P.E. received their Bachelor's degree in Forest Engineering from SUNY-ESF Environmental Science and Forestry. Lynda attended the institution from 1996 to 1999, focusing their studies on Physics, Fluid Mechanics & Dynamics, and Hydrogeology. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Geology from Hartwick College, where they studied Earth Sciences, Physics, and Paleontology from 1987 to 1991.
