Inaya Molina

Inaya Molina is a Development Manager and Community Engagement Manager at Chaberton Energy since July 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Data Scientist at Booz Allen Hamilton, where responsibilities involved supporting the Navy’s Commanders Risk Mitigation Dashboard and engaging with Department of Defense leadership. Inaya also interned at Scenic Hill Solar, focusing on solar energy program development and environmental policy advancement. Previous roles include Front Desk Staff at Country Inn & Suites, Scientific Researcher at Vanderbilt University, and Learning Assistant at Hendrix College. Inaya holds a degree in Physics from Hendrix College and a Masters Certificate in Spanish Language and Literature from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
