Rocky Soh is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various sectors in the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Chainalysis Inc. since October 2021, Rocky focuses on recruiting for cryptocurrency investigation and compliance solutions. Prior to this role, Rocky founded and worked as Principal Consultant at Five Talents Recruitment Consultancy, emphasizing the strategic partnership with clients to attract top talent. Additional experience includes serving as Talent Acquisition Manager at TalentDelivery, Principal Consultant at The Blue Tangerine Group, and a Radioman with the Republic of Singapore Navy.
