Tess Carey

Tess Carey is an accomplished recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various industries. Currently serving as Principal Recruiter at Chainguard, Tess previously held the position of Senior Recruiter/HR Generalist at Zencity, where significant contributions included shifting growth from Tel Aviv to the U.S., managing the full Talent Acquisition lifecycle, and implementing DE&I initiatives. Tess also played a key role in scaling Wiz from 100 to over 500 employees in less than a year as a Senior GTM Recruiter. Prior experiences include client-facing recruitment at Booz Allen Hamilton, and serving as a Senior Recruiter at HireStrategy. Tess holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Public Health from The George Washington University.
