Mohamed Sheikh

Mohamed Sheikh has a diverse work experience in finance and blockchain technology. Mohamed currently holds the position of Head of Finance at ChainSafe Systems. Previously, they worked as a Corporate Controller at Polymath and as a Blockchain Cryptocurrency Consultant. Prior to that, Mohamed was the Director of Finance at Entertainment One, where they were responsible for various financial tasks such as resource planning, forecasting, and managing IT project costs. Mohamed also worked as a Finance Business Partner at GSK, providing financial support to multiple departments. In addition, Mohamed has experience in finance reporting and controls framework at Aviva and as a Staff Accountant Assurance & Advisory at Deloitte.

Mohamed Sheikh completed a Bachelor of Business Admin degree with a focus on Accounting and Management at the University of Toronto Scarborough from 2007 to 2011. Mohamed then pursued a Master's of Professional Accounting degree at the University of Saskatchewan from 2012 to 2013. Finally, they obtained the Chartered Accountant (CA designation) from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) in 2013 and 2014.
