Nía Rodríguez

Nía Rodríguez is an experienced professional in service and organizational design, currently serving as the Service and Organizational Design Lead at Chakakuna IMD since January 2024, while also fulfilling the role of Practitioner at UTEC - Universidad de Ingeniería y Tecnología since May 2022. Previous positions include Head of Design at Continuum HQ and contributions as a Senior Product Lead at the Interamerican Development Bank and Senior UX/UI Designer. Nía has a diverse background, including roles at Universidad Corporativa Intercorp, the Ministerio de Educación del Perú, and Colectivo23, where focus was placed on digital tools and innovation in professional education. Nía has also worked with Melmac as a Creator, Auna as a Senior Designer, and Crehana as a Community Learning Advisor, demonstrating expertise in design operations and community engagement. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Digital Management from Hyper Island and a Political Science degree with a Business Foundations minor from the University of Houston.
