Gerardo de Oliveira

Gerardo De Oliveira has a diverse work experience in the technology and supply chain sectors. Gerardo is currently working as the Group Supply Chain Tech Director / Lead at Chalhoub Group, where they are responsible for shaping the group's tech strategy and overseeing the product roadmap for the upstream supply chain. Gerardo'srole also involves developing long-term strategies to maintain the group's leadership position in the retail and distribution segments. Prior to this, Gerardo held roles such as Product Manager - Supply Chain, Logistics, OMS & PIM, Group Supply Chain Optimization Manager, and Head of IT Business Analysis at Chalhoub Group. Gerardo also has experience as an IT Department Manager - Planning & Supply Chain at Chalhoub Group from 2016 to 2018. Before joining Chalhoub Group, Gerardo worked as a Senior IT Business Analyst - Retail | Planning and Merchandise Operations at Chalhoub Group and as a Senior Business Consultant at Wipro Retail. Additionally, they have held leadership positions as Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Informatics Department Sub-Director at JuniFEUP. Gerardo started their career as a student at FEUP.

Gerardo De Oliveira's education history includes a Master's degree in Informatics and Computing Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, which they obtained from 2004 to 2010. Gerardo also pursued a Master's degree in Informatics from the University of Ferrara from 2009 to 2010.
