Offer Gilboa

Offer Gilboa is the founder and owner of Challenge Group, where he also serves as the Chairman of Challenge Airlines IL, the leading Israeli Cargo Airlines. Prior to his current role, Offer served as the CEO of Bagir Group, Deputy CEO of Azrieli Group, and Managing Director of Delta Textiles (London) Ltd. He also held the position of Chief Economist at Delta Galil and worked as an Advocate at Yigal Arnon & Co. Offer's educational background includes an MBA in Business Administration from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The Hebrew University.
