Hiranta Wijesingha is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in transportation and fleet management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Challenger Motor Freight Inc since November 2018, Hiranta focuses on driver retention while reporting to the Director of Operations. Previously, as Transportation Manager at Domino's, responsibilities included overseeing transportation activities in Central Canada from the country's largest distribution center, managing over 270 stores and 40+ direct reports. Prior roles at Challenger Motor Freight Inc involved managing quality and customer service, while experience at Bison Transport Inc included managing a fleet of over 50 trucks and handling driver-related issues.
