Arvind Malhotra is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Group Chief Executive of FutureSense Group since April 2005, Arvind has transformed the organization from a startup into a global social enterprise operating in eight countries, emphasizing a people-oriented vision and inclusive culture. In addition, Arvind holds directorial positions at Challenges Abroad, The Workforce Development Trust, and SFJ Awards, focusing on youth development, workforce improvement, and community service. Arvind's past roles include significant marketing and strategic positions at Zurich Financial Services, Eagle Star, Bank of America, and Hindustan Unilever Ltd.
