Maria Hammar

Maria Hammar currently serves as Gruppchef for Cirkulär ekonomi at Chalmers Industriteknik, a position held since May 2022. Previously, Maria worked as a Senior Consultant at Anthesis Sverige from June 2019 to May 2022 and as Department Manager at Hifab AB from October 2014 to May 2019. Maria also held the role of Managing Director at KanEnergi Sweden AB between May 2012 and October 2014. Earlier experience includes serving as Department Manager at Pöyry and as Head of Department at Vattenfall Power Consultant, with consulting roles at both firms. Maria's career began at KanEnergi Sweden AB from 2001 to 2007 as a Consultant. Maria holds a Master of Science in Technology from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, along with education from Katedralskolan Skara and Uppsala University.
