Normand Lebeau

Normand Lebeau serves as the President and Chief Guardian of the Mandrake Experience at Mandrake Montréal since January 1998. Additionally, Normand holds the position of President of the Board of Directors of the Foundation of Chambre de commerce de Montréal since January 2018 and has been a member of the Executive Committee and Global President of the International Executive Search Federation (IESF) since 2012. Normand also presides over the Human Resources Committee on the Board of Directors for IEDM - MEI since January 2008 and has served on the Board of Directors for Garda Background Screening Solutions from January 2014 to January 2017. Previous experience includes membership on the Board of Directors for Chambre de commerce du Montreal métropolitain from January 2006 to January 2016 and co-founding TechnoPOS, where Normand was Executive Director from 1986 to 1998. Normand Lebeau graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of West Florida.
