Santina Daily

Santina Daily is the firmwide Director of Human Resources and is based in the Houston office. Santina is responsible for human resources operations, firmwide policies and administration, and employee engagement. She is a driven leader with over 15 years of experience in HR and law firm management.

Prior to joining Chamberlain Hrdlicka, Santina was the firm administrator at two mid-size firms in the greater Houston area. Santina graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Honors and Marketing. She has earned her certification as a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP) and Certified Legal Manager (CLM.)

Santina is also an active member of the local and national Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), serving as past president in Houston (2022) and is currently serving on the Houston board of directors.
