He has created compelling campaigns that have broken through to deliver exceptional levels of direct response in sectors as diverse as CPG, multi-unit Retail, Healthcare, and Education. At General Mills, his repositioning of Reese’s Puffs brand has stood the test of time – remaining unaltered almost 20 years later. At Kaplan, the strategy he devised for a $15M national campaign generated five times more brand searches than a subsequent campaign with an identical budget. His expertise includes the ability to translate more inquiries into customers through digital journey mapping and optimization.
Ray graduated from Cambridge University and began his career in strategic consulting with Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting Division in London. After earning his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management he has held marketing roles in B2C and B2B sectors.
After holding Head-of-Marketing roles in PE-backed companies Ray’s career came full circle when he founded his own consulting firm – Consult Me Inc. He has successfully completed a diverse range of assignments for his clients from new product/service launches to devising new (digital) marketing strategies, improving customer experience/retention, and advising on the structure.
