Nicholas Barnes has extensive experience in investment banking and transaction services. Nicholas began their career at PwC in 2004 as an Associate in Transaction Services & Audit. Nicholas later became a Senior Associate in Transaction Services before leaving in 2008. Nicholas then joined Barclays Investment Bank as an Associate in Investment Banking, eventually becoming a Vice President. In 2014, they transitioned to Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where they held roles as Vice President and later as Director in Investment Banking. In 2018, Nicholas co-founded Warren Ventures, a holding company and incubator for the sexual health and wellness brand, Champ. Nicholas is currently a Co-Founder of Champ since 2020.

Nicholas Barnes holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Corporate Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, which they pursued from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, in 2010, they participated in an exchange program at London Business School, although the specific field of study is not mentioned. Prior to their M.B.A., Nicholas completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting and Finance at Lehigh University, which they obtained in 2004. In 2009, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant certification through the New York State Education Department.
