Jennifer Galloway

Jennifer Galloway is a dedicated health educator currently serving as a Health Educator 1 at Champaign-Urbana Public Health District since February 2023. Previously, Jennifer worked as a Prevention Specialist at OMNI Youth Services from July 2022 to February 2023, contributing to the Illinois Human Performance Project and fostering community partnerships in Central Illinois. With eight years of experience in education, Jennifer started as a 7th Grade Language Arts teacher at Mahomet Seymour Junior High before transitioning to a 4th Grade teacher at Lincoln Trail Elementary School, where Jennifer worked from August 2014 to August 2022. Jennifer holds a Master of Arts in Reading Teacher Education from Olivet Nazarene University and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Illinois State University.
