Ben Pass

Ben Pass is a seasoned project and software development manager with extensive experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex ICT projects. Currently serving as the Head of Delivery at Champion Data since May 2022, Ben previously held the role of Agile Project Manager - Scrum Master at the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning. Ben's earlier tenure at Champion Data included acting as Program Manager and Senior Project Manager, where responsibilities involved line and matrix management of software development teams. Ben also held significant positions at the London Borough of Islington, both as Software Development Manager and Senior IT Project Manager, successfully overseeing the delivery of digital products and implementing agile methodologies. Prior experience includes serving as ICT Programme Manager for the London Borough of Camden, where Ben excelled in managing transformation projects and enhancing project management practices.
