Roman Celac, CFA, serves as the Director of Corporate Development and Capital Markets at Champion Iron since 2021, focusing on strategic evaluation, financial analysis, and growth opportunities in collaboration with the executive team, while also engaging with capital markets and investors. Previously, Roman held roles at Accuracy as a Senior Analyst and Associate in strategic and transaction advisory, and at TeamMTL as Co-Lead in finance and market research, achieving recognition in the Solar Decathlon contest. Earlier experience includes consulting at Accenture and a student analyst position at the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from McGill University, and ongoing education in mineral project valuation at Imperial College London.
