Kristilyn Reilly, SHRM-SCP has a diverse range of work experience. Kristilyn is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Champion Xpress Carwash, where they previously held the positions of Director of Human Resources and HR Manager. Prior to joining Champion Xpress Carwash, Kristilyn worked at Happy State Bank as a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator. Kristilyn also served as the Human Resources Manager at West Texas Paving, Inc. Additionally, Kristilyn had experience as the Executive Director at a Chick-fil-A franchise. Before transitioning into human resources, they worked as a Mathematics Instructor at Eastern New Mexico University and served as a Mathematics Teacher at Lubbock ISD, Frenship High School, and Brownfield High School. Overall, they bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in HR, education, and leadership to their current role.

Kristilyn Reilly, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master's degree in Mathematics from Texas Tech University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematics from Eastern New Mexico University between 2008 and 2012. In 2007-2008, they pursued General Education at New Mexico Junior College, focusing on Elementary Education and Teaching. In addition to their academic achievements, Kristilyn has obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in February 2021.
