Krista Grazhdani

Krista Grazhdani has extensive experience in Salesforce administration and business analysis, currently serving as a Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst at Champion Home Builders, Inc. since October 2017. In this role, Krista leverages sales knowledge and product expertise to enhance sales efficiency for a global manufacturing organization. Prior to this position, Krista worked at MSX International from June 2004 to October 2017, where responsibilities included customer experience analysis for major automotive OEMs, database development, and providing strategic planning for customer project installations. Krista also served as a Training Coordinator, supporting Ford Motor Company's marketing sales and service department through training material preparation and organizational support. Krista holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations from Wayne State University, completed in 2009.
