Lori Mason

Lori Mason is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in call center management and marketing operations. Currently serving as the Lead Center Manager at Champion Home Builders, Inc., since December 2015, Lori provides strategic support to the Marketing Director and focuses on workforce planning, cost reduction, and process improvements. Previously, Lori held key positions at Minacs Marketing Solutions as Operations Manager and at Crain Communications in various marketing and project coordination roles. Throughout the career, Lori has developed strong expertise in project management, customer support, email marketing, and event logistics, with a solid educational background in Marketing from Macomb Community College and other institutions.
