Curtis Kochman

Curtis Kochman has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Curtis is currently Vice President of Revenue and Chief Revenue Officer at Champlain Insurance Group, responsible for revenue, production, distribution initiatives, and marketing. Prior to this, they served as President and CEO of Falcon Re, a program manager and consultant for specialty commercial insurance. Curtis also worked as a Senior Vice President at Vital Insurance Partners, overseeing niche property and casualty insurance programs. Curtis has held various leadership positions, including Vice President at Allied American Underwriters, Senior Vice President at Ascinsure Specialty Risk, and Vice President of Cross-Selling at Highmark, Inc. Curtis also has experience as a Regional Principal at ManagedComp, Inc, an Account Executive at Marsh & McLennan Agency, and an Account Executive/Bond Manager at Robinson - Conner, Inc. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Sales Staff Consultant at Synergetics, Inc, where they evaluated management systems of manufacturing companies. Curtis brings a wealth of experience and expertise in developing and managing insurance programs and driving revenue growth.

Curtis Kochman attended West Virginia University from 1983 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications in Applied Business. In addition, they participated in the Blue Bonnet Bowl in 1984 and the Hall of Fame Bowl Game in 1983. Prior to attending university, they completed their academic education at Mt Lebanon Senior High School from 1980 to 1983.
