Eileen Kim

Eileen Kim has extensive experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry, currently serving as the Head of US Innovation & Research at CHANEL since July 2010, where responsibilities include leading innovation initiatives in color cosmetics and skincare. Prior to CHANEL, Eileen Kim worked at L'Oréal from 1997 to 2010, holding positions such as Manager of Research and Development for Kiehl’s Skincare and Senior Chemist for various brands including Garnier and Ralph Lauren. Eileen Kim’s educational background includes multiple credentials from prestigious institutions, such as a Master of Professional Studies in Cosmetics and Fragrance Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology, and various executive education programs at Harvard and Yale, focused on business management and women’s leadership.
