Jamie Thurman

Jamie Thurman has extensive experience in human resources and retail transformation, currently serving as the Head of Retail Transformation & Client Experience at CHANEL since December 2012. Previously, Jamie held various leadership roles within NBC Universal, including VP of Human Resources for Broadcast Operations and Ad Sales & Marketing, from February 2010 to December 2012. Jamie's early career includes multiple HR Manager positions at GE Corporate, GE Energy, and GE Commercial Finance, complemented by participation in the GE Capital HR Leadership Program. Jamie holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Austin Peay State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
