Joielle Walter is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in service delivery and IT management. Currently serving as Group Director Tech - Service Delivery at CHANEL since September 2023, Joielle has previously held significant roles including Service Delivery Director at Solomon Partners and various director positions at GE Capital. Notable achievements include overseeing robust IT infrastructure at Solomon Partners and managing large teams at GE Capital to ensure operational excellence in service delivery across multiple platforms, including ServiceNow. Joielle holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications & Network Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology & Management from Syracuse University, along with professional certification in Massage Therapy.
