Edwin Cooper

Edwin Cooper possesses extensive finance and leadership experience across multiple industries, currently serving as Vice President and Business Unit CFO for Government Services at Change Healthcare since 2020, following a role as Vice President and Business Unit CFO for Software & Analytics. Prior to Change Healthcare, Edwin held the position of Senior Director of Finance for U.S. Immunology at UCB and several senior roles at The Coca-Cola Company, including Director of Strategy and Performance Intelligence. Edwin's career began at Johnson & Johnson, where roles included Finance Manager in Pharmaceutical Research & Development and positions within the MBA Leadership Development Program. Edwin holds an MBA from Duke University, an MA in Economics from Duke University Graduate School, a Ph.D. in Planning and Public Policy from Rutgers University, and a BA in Economics and Finance from Rutgers University.
