Leslie Ottavi

Leslie Ottavi, PMP, serves as the Chief of Transformation at iTalent Digital since September 2010, focusing on accelerating digital transformation through innovative strategies and technology. With over 20 years of international experience, Leslie has developed the Change as a Service (CaaS) model and the AI-driven SaaS product, Chama, to enhance enterprise change management. Prior to iTalent Digital, Leslie founded Chakra Productions, LLC, creating the yGuide Yoga Software product line, and led Leslie Ottavi & Associates, providing consulting services in business and systems. Previous roles include Executive Vice President at Ceon Corporation, managing global solutions, and Senior Vice President at Technology Solutions Company, leading ERP practices. Leslie holds an Associate of Arts in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from The University of Toledo.
