Zane Kampa

Zane Kampa is an experienced investment professional currently serving as an Investment Associate at Change Ventures since February 2023, having previously held the position of Ventures Analyst. Prior experience includes a role as Ventures Analyst at Plug and Play Tech Center and as Leading Expert in the Innovative Entrepreneurship Development Division at the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA), where responsibilities included evaluating innovative start-up projects. Earlier roles encompass various positions at Mintos, progressing from AML Intern to AML Analyst, focusing on due diligence and compliance. Zane Kampa is also involved in enhancing academic integrity at Riga Business School and has held leadership roles in student organizations while pursuing educational qualifications, including a Bachelor of Business Administration from Riga Business School and participation in the Future Leaders Academy.
