Sultan Baig

Sultan Baig is an experienced change management professional currently serving as Managing Director at ChangeAnalytics since June 2022, a role focused on empowering organizations to manage and visualize change effectively. Prior to this position, Sultan was the Director and Founding Owner of 71 & Change, Inc., from June 2016 to June 2022, where the focus was on helping clients navigate their changing environments. Sultan's earlier experience includes consulting roles at PeopleFirm, Hitachi Consulting, and Nike, as well as a change consultant position at PGE. Sultan began a career at Liberty Northwest Insurance as a Business Analyst before participating in a Rotational Development Program that supported a significant acquisition. Sultan holds a Master of Science in Management from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business.
