Mary Fillmore has extensive experience as an author, speaker, and consultant, primarily focusing on nonprofits since January 1982 with Changing Work. With a strong background in leadership, Fillmore previously served as Federal Women's Program Manager at the US EPA from 1978 to 1982, where significant initiatives to enhance the status of women in the agency were implemented. Fillmore holds an M.F.A. in Writing from Vermont College of Fine Arts and a B.A. in English Literature and Art History from Oberlin College. This fall, Fillmore's historical novel, *An Address in Amsterdam*, will be published by Mary Writes Press.
