Roman Chadnov

Roman Chadnov is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Android Engineering at Channel AI since May 2024, focusing on advancing AI accessibility. Previously, Roman held the position of Head of Engineering at Tender from February 2023 to April 2024. Over a decade at Meta, from May 2011 to February 2023, Roman made significant contributions as a Senior Engineering Manager for Productivity Products and in various engineering management roles, driving productivity improvements and large-scale projects. Roman's earlier experience includes engineering roles at ZipZapPlay, ZOOM Software, and SMS-Media CJSC, alongside founding educational initiatives such as Tomsk Programming School and coaching a successful programming contest team at Tomsk State University. Roman holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Tomsk State University.
